The appointment schedule for all waxing appointments will only open once a month, at the end of the month, for new clients and past clients to book an appointment online.
Ex: The schedule will open on January 30th at 12pm for February appointments. Once all appointments are booked, the schedule will be closed and open again on February 27th at 12pm for March appointments.
We will no longer book appointments through text or phone unless it’s a reschedule.
PMU Ombre Brow Appointments are schedule for Tuesdays.

Current clients are given the opportunity to reschedule before leaving your appointment. If you choose not to reschedule at that time, you will need to wait until the end of the month to reschedule when the schedule opens.
If you cancel your appointment online and need to reschedule, please refer to the email that confirms your cancelation. It has directions for you to get rescheduled.

You may cancel your appointment at any time, 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, via link in your email or by calling to cancel.

New Clients: Anyone who has not had an appointment with BWS
Current Clients: Anyone who is currently has an appointment on the schedule. Ex: It’s October, if you have an October or a November appointment than you are a current client.
Past Clients: Anyone who has been serviced by BWS, but does not currently have an appointment or any upcoming appointments on the schedule.
The best way to contact BWS is via Phone Call, leave a message. You may also text us.
It is your responsibility to contact us via phone (leave a message) or text. All of which have time stamps, fees will be applied accordingly.
Your card on file will be charged accordingly.
If you do not have a card on file or your card is declined, an invoice will be emailed to you. You will have three (3) days to pay the invoice. If the invoice is not paid, all pre booked appointments will be canceled (Booking Fees will not be refunded) and you will be blocked from booking any other services with BWS.
All appointments will require a booking fee to secure your appointment. The booking fee goes toward your appointment.
Online booking is limited to once a month. The books will open at the end of the month to make an appointment for the following month.
Ex: November appointments will be available to book on Oct 31st at 12pm.
If you need to reschedule an appointment please call us. Our Customer Service Specialist will be handling most of the appointment scheduling.
Brow and Waxing Studio provides at least three (3) opportunities for you to reschedule or cancel an appointment without incurring a fee, sent via text and email:
1. At the time of booking
2. Seven (7) days before appointment
3. Three (3) days before appointment
Once you receive the twenty-four (24) hour appointment reminder, any cancellations or reshedules after the text/email will incur a fee.
Call us to reschedule your appointment.
No Show/No Call (meaning we do not hear from you and you don’t show up to your appointment) will result in a fee of 100% of the service(s) scheduled, all pre-booked appointments will be canceled, and you will need to wait until the books open at the end of the month to rebook and prepay in full for all future services.
You will receive a text 15-minutes after your missed appointment. Your appointment will be marked as a no show and your card on file will be charged accordingly.
If the card on file is declined, an invoice will be emailed to you. You have three (3) days to pay the invoice. If payment is not received, you will be blocked from being able to book any future appointments with Brow and Waxing Studio.
Two (2) No Show/No Calls will result in your termination of being a client with BWS.
Same day Reschedules or Late Cancellations, meaning rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, will result in a $25 fee.
Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, will result in a $25 fee.
Your card on file will be charged accordingly.
If the card on file is declined an invoice will be emailed to you. Fee must be paid in full to reschedule your appointment. You have three (3) days to pay the invoice. If payment is not received, all pre-booked appointments will be canceled and you will be blocked from being able to book any future appointments with Brow and Waxing Studio.
Three (3) Same day Reschedules or Late Cancellations in a twelve (12) month period will result in your termination of being a client with BWS.
After 10-minutes a $10 fee will be added to your service.
After 15-minutes your appointment will be canceled resulting in a $25 fee.
As a courtesy, please let us know if you are running late. However, your courtesy call/text does not negate the application of late fees for late arrivals, nor does it negate the forfeiture of fee for no-shows or late cancellations.
If your appointment is canceled, you will need to reschedule your appointment online at the end of the month when the books open.
We understand that we as women have a monthly cycle that can be unpredictable at times, but you will still be charged accordingly for canceling within 24 hours of your appointment due to your cycle starting.
